COOKIE POLICY

The general legal framework for personal data protection is set out in the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette No 87/2018) (hereinafter referred to as “Law”) in force in the Republic of Serbia, and this Cookie Policy is compliant with the Law.

What are cookies?

“Internet cookie” (alternative names include “browser cookie” and “HTTP cookie” and “cookie”) is a small file made up of letters and numbers that is stored on a computer, mobile device, or other user equipment that is used to access the internet.

Cookies are installed through requests that the web server sends to the browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome). Once installed, cookies have a limited lifetime and remain passive, meaning that they do not contain any software, viruses, or spyware and that they do not have access to any information on the user’s hard drive where they are installed.

A cookie is made up of two parts:

  • cookie name and
  • content or value.

How and why do we use cookies?

AVA Shopping Park uses cookies to improve the use and functioning of its website and to better understand the way visitors use it, as well as to improve the services it provides.

Storing cookies on your computer is an easy and practical way to tailor your experience on our website to your needs and improve it to make your next visit as convenient as possible.

AVA Shopping Park does not use cookies to collect any personal information, such as your name. However, we are able to determine a link between the data contained in cookies and your personal data collected in other ways (e.g., through registration forms).
